Complaint procedure

when things work out differently than you had imagined

You may see reason to file a complaint if you feel our work does not conform to general standards or if you’re not satisfied with one of our employees.

In these situations you may use our company‘s complaint procedure. You can inform us about your complaint, preferably by use of the written complaint form.Our Management team will receive and handle your complaint. We will contact you within one week of receipt of your complaint.

In processing your claim, we will aim to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties. If so desired, your claim will be addressed in a written evaluation report. It is our goal to respond to your complaint in a satisfactory manner.

 

Your complaint may lead to an improvement of our service and, where necessary, to new measures to adapt procedures, working methods, instructions or guidelines. This will heighten customer satisfaction.
