Edward focuses on international tax advise, mergers, acquisitions, and general consultancy for larger SME clients. Every two years, Edward teaches a course at “Sdu Publishers“ (Sdu Uitgevers) regarding the purchase of (second) homes in Spain. In addition, he regularly publishes in trade magazines, such as 'Tips en Advies' en Vermogende Particulieren. Joost focuses on fiscal topics: general tax advice with an emphasis on larger SME’s. He’s also specialized in mergers, acquisitions, employee participation, business succession, and Estate Planning. Additionally, he provides tax advise on large “OG transactions“.
